Are you aware that Aberdeen FC had a youth academy in Gardyne up to 2016/17 for young players in the Dundee area which they then closed down.
It is possible that the Dundee and Angus College bosses were looking to replace this loss of income and eventually persuaded DFC to rent their office suite at Gardyne.
It would be interesting to know what Greg Fenton’s role was in this with him being a Dundee and Angus College graduate.
The main problem with the new stadium development is the traffic issues on the A90 Kingsway such as entering and accessing the stadium car parks before and after the end of each game.
The traffic lights at the Myrekirk roundabout and only one underpass close to the new stadium to allow supporters to reach their cars parked in the streets on the opposite side of the Kingsway after the end of every game. This underpass is often flooded during the autumn and winter period.
Islay, there's stuff that is factual and there's stuff that is conjecture. I think you would get a much more positive audience if you stuck to facts.

Sorry don't mean to be unhelpful, but often, at least in my opinion, you turn good ideas and facts into questionable criticism.

The move away from Gardyne is a matter of interest. I don't know anything about it and would like some confirmation that it is actually part of the future for us.

I can only post what I hear about Dunfermline Athletic FC which is more than has been posted on here.
Like you I know nothing about the move away from Gardyne but the Dundee supporters will be the last to hear about it if it is true.
In my opinion the Club should never have moved their offices from Dens Park to Gardyne. The Dundee FC Community Trust previously used offices behind the Bob Shankly Stand which could have also been used by Dee Promotions.

So how has this issue, about Gardyne come from. It seems odd that there is no substance to a rumour. Agree , I don't see how moving staff from Dens would save money, but, it should have been more efficient for those managing the various teams.

There is "no plan B" according to Nelmsy........so if there's no plan B and plan A gets kb or worse gets approved but they can't put funding together what then.

Im only asking the what if questions that DFC fans said they would always ask after admin 2.

I think after funding the club for the last 10 years most Dee fans "trust" the owners.
    Millions invested over the years.
I also think Keyes is not stupid, why go and ground share when they own dens with a newly laid surface.Any safety certificate can be obtained with work with the relevant authorities and would be as costly as any ground share wud be.
You are saying nelms has said no plan b.
I have saw him in an interview saying we wud stay at dens if stadium fell thru.
