Smith had a few poor games and very good games, mostly solid, are you saying he is not better than some other right backs in the prem? And Robson not better than some left backs, if so, nonsense.
I don't know enough about the full backs in the Premiership to make that call. All I know is ours weren't all that great against a Championship full of part timers and players not of the standard of the Premiership. They need to up their game. The fact Neilson was trying to buy O'Donnell from Killie and had also brought in Freeman suggests to me he thought the same.Quote:

Interesting that all the friendlies are against teams in the same division as us. Less travel and these are the teams at the same stage of preparation as us I guess. We also can measure ourself with them too. However it is a bit of showing your cards to your opponent.
Only the Premiership teams have the go ahead to play games. There is no other option
A handful of first team Rangers players but mostly a 'B' squad for them up against us today. Hopefully we pump them. No sign of what our team is, again.
