It's not been decided, think it's all just talk at the moment.

Well, there is a vacancy in that position and it's a very important piece of closed season business.
I'm thinking more generally though. I've been at away grounds this season, seen the team coach arrive (Wealdstone comes to my mind most), our players get off in ones and twos, chatting, sharing a joke, or looking really relaxed. It seems a happy place to work. IB's fostered a really nice atmosphere it seems. And maybe that's part of the problem! And it'd be better if they stepped off the bus with faces like thunder, full of steely resolve, totally focussed on taking all three points.
I think that is the only attitude to get out of this league. 24 clubs, only 1 + 1 will have any success. Every game has to be a cup final. Anything lower than 3rd place has very long odds, so beating 10 men and bringing back the points from Weymouth, Wealdstone, Aldershot and the likes are non-negotiable if we want to succeed.
None of us should give up on this season though, as IB said in his latest interview if we hit our top form we can beat anybody. It is a very tough path we've chosen however.
