I think some folk believe we will just lie down and take it. No way. Ive been in touch with the club and offered to help in return for sponsorship at club etc. Risky but prepared to use company funding for this and im not the only one. Whats the fans group that got punted then brought back again - i heard they were maybe helping coordinate things. I dont know them but will probably get in touch. Anyone else who has business interests and can do so should do so now to prepare. I do have a slight concern that we are offered a hunk of cash and take it. Fans would go ballistic.

I think we could. It's Hearts petition that has been sent to arbitration not ours. We argued for their case to dismissed completely and although that failed it wouldn't prevent us from raising a legal action of our own if it came to that.

I don't think it will. I'm thinking arbitration will see a temporary 14 team division (least likely) or compensation (most likely).

Noticed on Kickback last night some guy started a thread on his newfound hatred of us. Was surprised to see a good amount of Jambos disagree with him. Most are understanding of our case, realising we've been dragged into something unfairly and are simply defending ourselves. Still, it won't stop me hating those b*stards from now on. They're up there with the Old Firm for me now. First time we play them there's gonna be absolute hatred from the stands. Can't wait.

I read that thread. Even when a couple of sensible posters pointed out that we had been dragged in by THEM, and we were just defending ourselves the other knuckledraggers carried on with their hate fest. And imo the SPFL should be paying our legal fees.

Certainly a couple of more humane posters on there. I just dont get their ****ing attitude - spfl to blame for not waiting to restart league, potentially influencing dundee chairman and generall ****ing it up. All leagues in europe that were stopped have gone with this model so i cant see them winning.
