We would at least threaten to halt the season with an interdict. I cannot see us staying down unless we accept compo, which i would be very dissapointed at. Bride of chucky wonderful stuff James.

I think some folk believe we will just lie down and take it. No way. Ive been in touch with the club and offered to help in return for sponsorship at club etc. Risky but prepared to use company funding for this and im not the only one. Whats the fans group that got punted then brought back again - i heard they were maybe helping coordinate things. I dont know them but will probably get in touch. Anyone else who has business interests and can do so should do so now to prepare. I do have a slight concern that we are offered a hunk of cash and take it. Fans would go ballistic.

Can we actually do anything though? It says there is no appeal process after arbitration and outcome is final.

dont know but legally we surely can try a different avenue - we won promotion then we got demoted for no reason of blame to ourselves. Im not a legal bod. In fact i hate two things in business life lawyers and auditors.

That's the concern. After voting against league reconstruction, and then for the arbitration, if by a long shot Hearts were successful in stopping our promotion, we'd have played a hand in doing it, by voting the two previous points.

I just cannot see past how they could possibly sanction the cancellation of promotion and relegation whilst still allowing European qualification, it's utterly wrong! ****s me off that the judge had nothing to say about this either.

CAS/UEFA would be the next port of call one would guess. But I highly doubt it will come to that. The arbitration happily is now in the hands of a sporting body not a legal one. I cannot for the life of me see how a sporting body could ‘reward’ failure i.e Bride Of Chucky’s lot being utter schite all season while ‘penalise’ success i.e. Utd winning the league by miles. Just can’t see it, that’s why I think a financial settlement, if at all, is the likely route out of this for the Cousins of William.

I originally thought Hearts and thistle deserved compo. I actually still do if i can get past the disgusting fact they started war on 3 clubs who did nothing wrong except not vote for what was a self fulfilling reconstruction. We are paying legal costs - wtaf?

So after all that is done with, can the rest of the clubs still vote to kick these ****s out?
