That being the case, it’s the young academy players coming through that’ll save us and we’ve started to work well in that area. We should be a bigger draw for young players than clubs like Brighton. It’s pretty important that the young ones feel they have a good chance of progressing at the club - a strong point of Mitchell in the past at other clubs.
