This is where I'm at. It was great that we obviously turned it around in a few minutes after going behind but it was always going to be a tough ask to beat a team that have finished in the league play-offs for the past two seasons previously once they got going and went up the gears and turned it on in the second half. Especially with the injuries we have had. It was essentially a free hit. Positives for me are Scott scoring and Abbot scoring his first goal at the death.Quote:

Absolute nonsense. We had them in a position to go on and win the game, but our tactics were insane. They were obviously a threat winning the ball off us high, but extremely vulnerable to quick counter attacks and balls into the box. Our tactics for the second half would?ve been easy for a 12 year old on a computer game - sit deep, stay solid, forget about possession and look to hit them on the counter. As it was, we managed to concede from trying to pass the ball out from the back at about the fif****th attempt. If a manager can?t work out what he should?ve been doing for that second half, he?s got no chance, that was as obvious as it gets.Quote:
