    Michael Carrick Player Coach

Hearing some good things coming out of Old Trafford about Carrick .

Set to leave the club this summer and he's got his eye on making a name for himself in the technical area .

Very methodical , level headed and intelligent lad , nothing flash and very reliable as a player

.I wouldn't have looked at him in the killing fields of the championship but at a lower level I'd be inviting him over for a chat and the once over myself .

May just scrape another year out of him on the field sat in front of the back four .

    Thoughts guys .

Not for me, great player and defo has a footballing head. Had a few issues himself and nearly turned crackers at one point due to pressures o football. That said, because he is 2 moves ahead of other footballers mentaly, he is worth keeping an eye on. Bit big us for is 1st club.

Micky Carrick... who are ya, who are ya ?.
Its a no from me Animal, as I think he will be a massive gamble and I think we need to make a serious appointment this time.
And maybe spend a bit of brass on a new appointment as well, but I agree that nobody can be classed as a good or sensible appointment can they!.

Sometimes a stress related illness like that can be the making of you if you can get over it .

You learn how to manage yourself better and it can make you a stronger person in the long term .

That's exactly where I am with it Roma , a spark and a bit of a name to get us going such as Clarke did and Danny Wilson .

It's a gamble but in league one and relativity financially solvent it's a considered one .

That's true, I'm not saying he is sat in a corner rocking, just that he'd be a gamble, and all the pressure he's had, magnified in the job wi the big chair.
