For anyone interested in this sort of thing, I have two new books out this week, Lifted Over The Turnstiles Volumes 2 and 3: Scottish Football Grounds & Crowds In The Black & White Era. 360 pages each, about 700 never-before-seen photos in total, including some very good shots of Tannadice. (Almost) every ground in Scotland is covered, along with chapters like: Things You Don't See At Football Any More, Dugouts, Floodlights, Segregation at Grounds, Violence at Grounds, Junior/Highland Grounds and English Grounds. There was a wee feature about the books in the United programme on Saturday past.
