Gotta start planning for next season now... And it has to start with...

    Dyche Out.

He's done a lot of good for club. But its all got stale. It looks like the players have lost all confidence and believe in there ability and what Dyche is asking them to do.

Taylor looks completely shot, Pope a frightened rabbit, Brownhill is like a ghost half the time, you forget hes on the pitch. McNeill is a sulker, and we have naff all up front. Jay Rod and Barnes are finished at this level, Vydra isnt good enough, Cornet has been massively underperforming and whoever scouted Weghorst should be shot. He's bloody useless.

The squad has been allowed to age to much on top of many other points that could be added to this. But to sum it up the general standard of football has become utter dross.

Its time for a new management team. With New ideas, different approach, tactics, Style of play

I can't argue with any of that Cornhill Claret. We deserve everything we get playing dross like that.. An awful performance from all the team summed up by probably the worst miss I've seen all season from the usually reliable Mr Cornet..Felt sorry for him as he looked devastated after missing it.. I've always been behind Sean and he has done wonders in keeping us in the Premier league for so long, but it's time for a change now..
After getting new owners I've only seen one way we are heading and that's into the Championship next season and unless we have a clear out and invest in some new players we will be mid to low in the table if not even worse. The good times are coming to an end fast.
I've enjoyed the ride while it's lasted but we are heading back to where we belong once more..Thanks Sean for a great feat in keeping us up ,but all good things come to an end..

I honestly think the players dont like the tactics. When Cornet came he was a breath of fresh air but we soon sucked that flair out of him.Same with Mcneill.Weghorst, despite his height, is useless in the air yet we keep on using hoof and hope.It is the definition of madness doing the same thing when you know it doesnt work.As a consequence he seems to have lost interest also.

I was hoping to see our team play as they did in the second half against Everton.

It was pointless playing high balls into their 18 yard box with someone likw Handley defending them we know from experience that Handley is commanding in the air but useless when playing on the deck.

Yet we have a striker who scored goals for fun in Germany but under BFC coaching he has not now scored in nine games.

If Alan Pace has the best interest of Burnley FC in mind, then tomorrow morning has should have three P45's prepared in the names of Dyche, Woan and Stone.

I know this is unlikely to happen but personally I have had enough of Dychball.

Welcome to the club Vintage but as you say it won’t happen.

I really believe Dyche doesn’t know what to do and so just keeps doing the same again and again, I’m worried the ALK lot are worse than Dyche and really don’t know what to do for the best.

Even if we survived I’m convinced we’d just start next year with Dyche and the same tactics and playing staff , it can’t happen so like you I believe he has to go and we start again.

If a miracle happens and we do survive, it would be despite the Dyche tactics rather than because of them.

No miracle will happen, because that little square in the midfield where players like Barton and Eriksen pull the strings and run a game is occupied for the Clarets by two journeymen footballers called Brownhill and Westwood.

The heartbeat of the team where guile, aggression and twenty goals a season stems from are missing from our starting line-up, and that is the sole reason we will be relegated from the EPL this season.

Exactly BT.Brownhill is a perfect example of our inept recruitment and poor investment.Just look at his stats from 70 PL appearances:-

    Attack
    Goals 1
    Goals per match 0.01
    Headed goals 0
    Goals with right foot 0
    Goals with left foot 1
    Penalties scored 0
    Freekicks scored 0
    Shots64
    Shots on target 14
    Shooting accuracy 22%
    Hit woodwork 1
    Big chances missed 1

    Team Play
    Assists 2
    Passes 2,367
    Passes per match 33.81
    Big Chances Created 1
    Crosses 51
    Cross accuracy 29%
    Through balls 1
    Accurate long balls 88

That is the 19th worst stats for a midfielder in PL history!
They are humiliating stats yet he is guaranteed a game because our only alernatives are our PL pensioners Dale Stephens and Jack Cork.
Westwood`s stats are not much better:-

    Goals 12
    Goals per match 0.04
    Headed goals 0
    Goals with right foot 11
    Goals with left foot 1
    Penalties scored 0
    Freekicks scored 1
    Shots 171
    Shots on target 43
    Shooting accuracy 25%
    Hit woodwork 3
    Big chances missed 5

    Team Play
    Assists 31
    Passes 12,958
    Passes per match 45.47
    Big Chances Created 55
    Crosses 956
    Cross accuracy 30%
    Through balls 29
    Accurate long balls 1,023

It is grim reading and just emphasises your point BT.If there were stats for effort-they would be near the top but sadly effort only gets you so far.

It’s deeper than that BT , the midfield I agree has gone and have posted for many weeks about it tbh we had better balance with Cork in there but his legs don’t allow him to compete so we’re ok with him receiving and passing it but if we lose it he can’t get back and he can’t get far enough up to support the forwards either for fear of not getting back.

Our whole footballing philosophy is dated and the argument will be well we don’t have the players to compete or play differently to how we do now , interesting that weghorst is second top goal score r in bundesligha behind lewandowski and here he can’t get a sniff

He’s not overly quick but has a good brain and feet reads the game well and as above Can/ has scored goals - yet we give him zero service in the areas that he’s meant to be in the 18 yard box , instead he’s defending for the team, how people can slate him is beyond me when he has no service at all.

Lastly I watch us against all teams in the Premiership and I’m convinced we don’t have goal posts on our training facility , other teams come and any opportunity to work the keeper or score and they do it , we with our man in charge would rather have a clean sheet , as I’ve posted elsewhere the whole thing is devoid of FOOTBALL and that’s what we’re supposed to be playing.
