It happened up north, not really surprising it's not well known in the south of England. You'll notice even on BT's link to it on the BBC website, it only makes the regional section, not the national one, it's not of much interest to the Londoncentric MSM.

The only report I'd seen last night said '25 year old man arrested', I knew instantly, because of the lack of any further identifying information, that the culprit would NOT turn out to be a white msle of UK origin. They say only two things are certain, death and taxes, this is a third.
