I did think he was going tbh , but at season end in my mind anyway , I hope they’ve got someone in mind , unless we’re just conceding the drop is inevitable, though pushing Dyche now makes you think they have a plan.

On the record and I have said many times the man has been brilliant for us , made us a proper club but I think the time was right.

Better late than never. Many of us have expressed thanks for what he has done for the club. However, this season and last season has been steady decline as teams have passed us by.

He suffered the lack of support and investment on the field to his credit. He made the proverbial “silk purse” but this season has highlighted his weaknesses in sticking to a formula that does not work, is too loyal to certain players and is averse to bringing in youth. The “Burnley Way”.

Hopefully, we will now see the best of Cornet and Weghorst in the remaining matches. Vydra, with a bit of pace, might even get a game. However, Westwood et al have to adapt and stop the hoof ball and give us a chance to keep possession.

This is a sad day for SD and BFC but given recent games it was probably enivitable. All that said please not ALLERDYCE his reputation is disgraceful I say stay well away. What we now need is someone who has influence in the wider game a person who can draw in players with quality although may be not getting what they probably deserve.

I’m not sure that’s true tbh , many go
On saying he’s a long ball man but after watching WBA last time he was employed it was a lot better football than we’ve been subject to

So short term or long term I’m not sure you’re disgraceful comment is correct.
