Shortest wait time after the recorded message telling me they are experiencing high volumes of calls and are understaffed was 42 minutes, longest 57......message also includes dire warnings aboot not being abusive to staff.....obviously that's if yo actually talk to one......it's difficult to be abusive to a monotonous jingle

The same message has been playing since late 2019.....so I'm pretty sure it will be coming up for 5 years they have been experiencing high volumes of calls and understaffing.
