    Had to phone Angus cooncil

    3 times this week.

    Access Angus 😆😆 number.

    Shortest wait time after the recorded message telling me they are experiencing high volumes of calls and are understaffed was 42 minutes, longest 57......message also includes dire warnings aboot not being abusive to staff.....obviously that's if yo actually talk to one......it's difficult to be abusive to a monotonous jingle

    The same message has been playing since late 2019.....so I'm pretty sure it will be coming up for 5 years they have been experiencing high volumes of calls and understaffing.

    Wonder if A. This is a world record

    You should send an email to the Angus Council Chief Executive complaining about the time it takes for a phone call to be answered by a member of the Angus Council staff.

    I think you should see if it is possible to use Chagpt to phone Angus Council Chief Exec. Might be an interesting conversation where your AI talks to their AI system.
