    Spence article

    "concerned" the yanks walk away.

That cud be the same for any club in Scotland.

I fear more death by 1000 cuts because we will have to play at a greatly reduced capacity Dens or move across the road.

These potential scenarios have been in plain sight for years now but folk have refused to see it.

Still nothing from DSA and D4L the guardians of the A shares 😂 are still hiding under the sofa in case Nelmsy says boo.

    Stadium or walk away.
I hope I'm wrong but think we will have new owners before any move to tannadice.
They wouldn't want us anyway, why would they?

Huge debts, hector after them, a tennant that's no debt and can charge what they want.......they wud have to lose around 12,000 season tic holders ( 50% ) 😎 to make it not worthwhile.

It wouldn't be a walk away it wud just be no more covering loses so slashing of budget.

For this to happen the current owners would have to sell dens and move in as lodgers??
No fan would support that and even head in the sand Nelms would know this. They would actively seek a buyer well before this.

They have already effectively sold Dens Park by putting it up as security for their loan from Soho Green on 3rd October 2023 to purchase the title deeds of Dens Park from John Bennett.

Oh and don't forget the new owners might just be a fans group.......much easier to run a club without it's own ground......and we all know principles go oot the windee quicker than dabs oooot twa cups when blazers are up for grabs

If Tim Keyes remaining at Dundee Football Club was dependent on him receiving a return on the capital he has employed financing Dundee Football Club he (Keyes) would have walked away several years ago.
I am not surprised that the DSA committee members have said nothing but it is very disappointing that there has been silence from the Dee4life board of directors.
The next Dee4life newsletter should be getting published at the end of this month.

Have you received the newest message from Dee4life? Website has been improved and Minutes are available. Seems to me their approach is pragmatic.

In my opinion a move across the road to Tannadice would be the death knell for Dundee Football Club.
