Anyone doing any nice dishes?

I’m doing a treacle glazed gammon today. Very easy recipe but really tasty. Will have with chips tomorrow then use the left overs for gammon, chicken, leek and cheese pie tomorrow.

Being in the kitchen and cooking is my happy place at home. Get some ska and punk music on and love to create all sorts of things.

Important question. Guinness at the minute. Got a stout cask bottle of Jameson’s but that can wait for later.

Very simple fare for me. I'm just doing some left-overs turkey and beef warming through in an onion and mushroom gravy, with hand cut oven cooked chips and some veg.
Just coffee at the moment but treat myself to a bottle of Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka that I might crack open later.
Music wise, bit of a mixed bag a Miley Cyrus CD that was a present, just had Best of Skidz on, bit of Depeche Mode and now on with sixmusic on radio.

it does everything. stews .cakes .grills. fries . even cooks a whole chicken in 30 mins. pressure cooks. air fries. just made a lamb hotpot. awesome.

I have one. The wife uses it but I don’t. I enjoy doing things more hands on.

Got a great recipe for a lamb Bolognase. Uses a shoulder of lamb and takes 6 hours. It’s one of my favourite things to cook.

I also do full joints and stews on the bbq no matter what time of year or weather it is.

It’s more about the processes for me.

Don't do it Scum. He tried it with me and Mrs CA and as soon as he arrived he tossed his car keys into the middle of the room. I wouldn't have minded but he was driving a Reliant Robin
