I didnt take to England with that first half performance Alf, especially with Matterface and Lee Dixon making excuses for them with quotes like " Got to be patient ", " the crowd is intimidating ", " Hungary defending well ", coming out with bollox about good crosses when its hit straight to an opponent.

Why do we need to be Patient ? We should be going for the throat from minute one.

Why does the crowd have to be intimidating ? Don't many of the England players play for their Clubs away from home at intimidating grounds ?

Sterling should have been sent off, taking his shirt off is one yellow, deliberately provoking the home crowd should have been a second. Your right CIB , I have friends who had tickets who paid alot of money for them and weren’t allowed to watch the game at Wembley as access was a QR code on phones and gangs of thugs were taking photos of them and going in on other peoples - everywhere has racist - bigots - hooligans I’ve said many times it’s tribal you can’t escape it.

Just to put things into perspective.This was Dutch supporters in Budapest this Summer-all lining up and pissing on buildings in the city centre mid afternoon.

Following on from this the Hungarian supporters travelling to Munich to watch the Germany-Hungary match a few days later were stopped in their coaches at the German border, ordered to disembark and held for 3-4 hours whilst all were photographed like criminals by the German police.Following on from that a group of supporters were held in police cells in Munich for 3 weeks then released without being charged.

Therefore it is hardly surprising they have a chip on their shoulder at the hypocrisy shown by the authorities and of allowing politics into sport.

Used to be like this down turf many moons ago.Every club was the same in the olden days.
Even the ref got called a black ******* in the good old days.
