The magic roundabout 0 Notts 2. Macc sign a former 300k winger on an emergency loan who turns out to be so bad he helps relegate them. I know what you're thinking, that's just silly, there is no way we will win 2-0.

That's what I'm going for too. Lots of pressure on Macc too; anything could happen. Cambridge, however, should be torched should they field some fuqqed up 3rd team.

2-1 win for us. (Hemings and JO

Might not be as straightforward as some think for Macc. Not sure whether to stick or twist, Cambridge decent on the counter, (well they looked alright against us, though most teams do). Will get the result they need though.

What I think will happen on Saturday...

EITHER: Notts produce by far their performance of the season to smash Swindon to smithereens. Meanwhile Macclesfield get a routine win over Cambridge.

OR: Cambridge amaze everybody by easily beating Macclesfield, and we fail to beat Swindon.

I know we're down but the dreaming stops Saturday, and I'm not quite ready,

Swindon 1-1 Notts. Notts trail 1-0 at HT before levelling with 10 to go in the second

Macc 2-0 Cambridge. Both scored early in the second.

Its not over .... 2005/2006 if you remember, Notts need a point for FL survival playing Bury at Meadow Lane. They are down there as well above us on goal difference, same points, also needing only a point but they took a 2 goal lead. Now it’s true Bury also were fighting for survival and needing that point and its true we eventually got the point, but when you’re down there anything can happen. The similarities are there that we were playing a team at the bottom and we could easily have capitulated. Oxford lost as well, but bet they would never of thought we could be in a position like we were after 85 minutes !!!

Keep saying it’s a tall order, but it’s not impossible, we just need to make sure we do our bit.

I can't remember the last time we escaped relegation by overtaking a team.
I remember a few times where we have been outside the relegation places needing a point or win to secure safety.

I only been a supporter since 90 so obviously before that maybe.

The Huddersfield win, was we outside the relegation places before KO?
