I can't see him getting back into our team so it would be best for Albion & Brunt if he were to move on.
Stoke may well be disappointed if he does join them. Pretty sure his best is well behind him.
Could be a move to Stoke on the cards. From a selfish point of view I would keep him and put him in the team today. But he's not getting any game time, contract up in the summer and would free some wages up.

I agree I would play him today on the left get some crosses into the box better bet than edwards
One of our top 5 players of the last 20 years.
I’ll be truly sad if he is moving on.
He’s ranked 10th in assists in the Premier League in the last decade even though he didn’t compete in at least two of those seasons.
If you don’t appreciate what a quality player he was then you don’t understand football or you’re a woman.
I was never a great fan of Chris Brunt (or a critic) until one Xmas morning when my lad and I sat and watched the review of the season. So up to 100 Albion goals in less than 2 hours. Truly taken aback by just how many of them were created by Chrissie Brunt's wand of a left foot.
Having said that for me he was always a wide left attacker never a central midfielder or full back.
The trouble with him was his lack of pace and poor tackling. This made him look pretty poor. On the other hand he could put the ball exactly where it needed to be 7 times out of 10.
Overall I wasn't a fan of his but can't deny he had something. He made me groan more than any other player. He certainly split the fans.
There were times when the crowd were booing every time he got the ball, totally out of order that.
Brought in as a winger, and was mostly effective pre-Pulis. Since Pulis, he went through a period where he was just filling in central midfield to help the club out. Poor past recruitment meant we had no one else to fill into that area. Never heard him ever moaning that he was expected to do a job not suited to him, a sign of a committed club man in my view. Whatever happens, the very best of luck to him in the future.
Good post....when you think he was hit by a coin by his so called own supporters in an FA cup defeat some time back....never really made much of it after either. Few club players around anymore.
Very much a professional in every sense of the word...Today many of the younger players would do well to pay less attention to agents talking and pay closer attention to truly professional professionals of the game...
Sulking and the likes, is not very professional. Heads turn easily nowadays........very unprofessional age we are in...
