    Very much a professional in every sense of the word...Today many of the younger players would do well to pay less attention to agents talking and pay closer attention to truly professional professionals of the game...
    Sulking and the likes, is not very professional. Heads turn easily nowadays........very unprofessional age we are in...
    He did like a sulk on the pitch. Often kicked the turf in frustration/anger and was very good at pointing when something went wrong.

    Thought it was only me that noticed that, been a good club man but was never captain material

    I don't recall ever reading that another club were looking to sign him. Thus he had little choice but to be a good club man.

    A carpenter is entitled to shout out if he hits his finger. Footballers are too, to a degree. I know I have when playing the game. His conduct to me anyway has been exemplary at the club. If we had had more willing to put the club first...we would have made more progress.
