WTF was quoting replies to me which ultimately are 'Confrontational questions' - to which I replied with a straight bat, after a deep breath & exhale pause, please note.

For me, 'Confrontational' questions are a tool used by aggressive people to pick holes in ideas & actions. The aim is to undermine & belittle so that folks overreact & appear to be unreasonable. Living with psychotic disorder has given me counter-tools to handle my health ups/downs so my responses are offered in hindsight, via honest personal experiences, formed by talking to people within the game & offer a reflection of my thinking in any resulting 'confrontational threads'.

As Brexit was relevant to Professor Gerrards commissioned paper on football & associated commercial business between the UK & Europe, I was trying to put across to folks who 'maybe' didn't know the criteria Rad & Orta were working under as this forum attracts many readers who do NOT post comments but choose instead to ask their questions often by pm's to forum members.
Many non-posters represent working media outlets covering Leeds Utd who often require a contact address to verify source to obtain a journalist lead & anyone on here who goes to actual games will know damn well who they actually are.

I post for a variety of reason but am willing to revert back and go 'underground' again by responding only via pm's on here, no probs as I'm happy doing various stuff for Leeds Utd disabled supporter groups on other platforms were health issues are NOT irrelevant or bizarre.

The more posters we have on here the better. WTF rubs most people up the wrong way, hes uptight by nature, most of the time he spouts shighte, but hes entitled to, as you are. I lament the days when we could disagree on here without everyone getting so precious about it. Sign of the times i suppose given the pathetic woke world that we live in. Really miss some of the Spicier poster that used to pontificate on here.

Many of the lamented missing posters still go to games & most are in the 50's age bracket, still vocal but only over 90 mins nowadays.

With so many Leeds Utd media outlets a few still dabble on them or like myself, many in the 35 plus age groups use WhatsApp to communicate travel arrangements, tickets, banner displays for away days etc so maybe these devices alienate confrontations on media.

Obviously confrontation goes on at grounds still but only with opposition fans but it's only sporadic & most games scarves, banners are worn without threat of aggro & yes more female fans do attend, with Leeds away support holding most in their ranks current PL stats state - so fan wise times have changed for sure.

Personally, I'd just hope that folks would appreciate on here the work Mods undertake & maybe pause for a moment before button-bashing and thus understand the role we all have to play into making interesting topical readings.

Don't be kind you will be taken advantage of.
Don't fall in Love it will come back to bite you. Fall for the woman or man you least like you will be all the better for it.
If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
Don't judge anyone as you will in turn be judged yourself.

Me too. WTF makes some good points and only posts under WTF. What you read is what you get, not phoney and a straight shooter, I like that.
