I don’t think that answers or even addresses the question I asked. What is it that you or anyone on here is now prevented from doing or saying that makes them a victim of the ‘PC brigade’ or ‘cancel culture’ and hence, in your words, a ‘goner’?
Okay…you’d be challenged nowadays for use of such terms as ‘n*gger’, ‘w*g’, ‘sp*stic’…or for controlling women/bullying those who are gay etc, but that, imo, is a good thing.
So what is it that worries you? (Apart of course from these damned ‘Â’s…now if you could get rid of them you’d probably go up in everyone’s estimation. )

P.S. Like Swale, I can’t think of the last time I employed a contractor who DID demonstrate derogatory or prejudicial language towards minorities.

So you can’t, or won’t, answer my question about which of your activities have been curtailed by political correctness…and now it’s the experiences of you and GP which represent the ‘real world’ as opposed to the experiences Swale and I apparently share where ‘contractors’ are concerned.

How is this the case? How is the ‘world according to Faber’ the ‘real world’? Do pray tell.

Mm here we go again, but then somebody who doesn't think it odd to express that there are too many ethnic people on the TV or media which doesn't reflect the world he lives in, is rather explaining why his perception is rather skewed!

Anyway given I was involved with contractors and an in house workforce in the construction and maintenance sectors and hardly ever heard what you claim to be common place, suggests that your world is perhaps a bubble of like minded people .

But there again as I said in my previous post, those of such an inclination more than likely recognised I wouldn't put up with such talk and if they didn't they only did it once! Whereas clearly those so inclined saw you as a "fellow traveller" which rather reflects badly upon you.

Funny how he often accuses you and me as living in a separate bubble and doesn't seem to think that the narrow perspective is actually his. But then I was reading an article on trump supporters and those of a similar mind set, who once convinced that something is true, will not waver from that view point, if its definitely shown to be false.

There is as always a grain of truth in that there are obviously those in society who either choose to remain racist, xenophobic and bigoted, but it is also the case that the vast majority of people are not of that viewpoint.

I picked up a good phrase, actually, issues that whilst clearly not true, but are believably so!

Would you agree that it would be unfair competition due to the pre transition years giving them, naturally, more muscle and greater bone density?

I agree completely and have said so in the past. When a genuine woman, has trained and excelled to be the best her genda can be, only to have a transitioned man, jump the abilities charts, is wrong at every level.
A mans genetic make up, is different in so many ways. To simply lose your "bits" is only half the story.

Weird response, AF. If you want to pm that’s fine…but why? You started by saying something contentious. I picked you up on it, quite genuinely, and since then you’ve been doing an impression of that kid who’s losing and now wants to take his ball home with him.
If you feel strongly that ‘political correctness’ is a bad thing that’s turning you or others into ‘goners’ and that you hold the monopoly on ‘real world’ experience, just explain…don’t run off and hide behind personal messages. You hold all the cards, after all…if I step out of line you’ll ‘cancel’/delete me.
