I think you need to take current form into account and remember too that Swindon have a new manager. Holloway is a decent signing. As I said, 8 points from the previous 4 games shows that they were a team getting some decent form.

Can you not give SM any credit? We are 6th, 2 points off 2nd and with a better goal difference than them. How does that compare with when he was appointed?
With all of the so called brilliant players that many seem to think we have, then surely, should we be higher than 6th in the league.. Or could it be SM is not getting the best out of the squad.. Just a thought..

Take it you will just ignore the injuries affecting the availability of players.

Or could it be that injuries have hit us hard this season, yet we’re only two points from an automatic promotion spot?

But we haven't got more than eleven "brilliant" players have we. SM has brought a couple on, Martin and McDonald spring to mind, the rest of the squad players are average at best. A bit unfair to have a pop at SM for our current position (Yes, he has made mistakes granted) but I think he (they) have done well to stay in touch.

    What?s your opinion Durham?
Do we have really good players and SM is under achieving or do we have garbage players and SM is overachieving?
You somehow seem to constantly state the negative of both which confuses me as to how we could be in the play off places???

You clearly don?t think we have brilliant players, and based on your posts you don?t seem to think we even have good players, yet you are saying that SM isn?t getting the best out of this group of average at best players? but we are 6th. So either our players are better than you think, or SM is doing a better job than you claim.

The other explanation, and most likely, is that you know that we have good players and that SM is doing a reasonable (or even good) job, but enjoy trolling the message board looking for the negatives in every situation.

For what it?s worth I find your posts very amusing and hope you carry on, they always give me a smile.

The only injuries that have effected us have been Jones, Crowley and Robertson. The rest have all been untried players. ie Edwards, Grant, McDonald, Ness and Cundy..
