I think everyone on here will agree with that, well almost.
IMO the club should be looking after long serving employees such as Hassell and Disco.

The rest of the coaches including Hourihane can go.
And they will do over time.

Naturally if a new HC wants to bring in their own assistants then they can do.
But that HC does not start by sacking people that have got a close and long affiliation with the club.
Loyalty is a big thing in my book.

It dosent matter to me if the new HC reduces the role of Hassell and Disco to making the tea.
    THEY STAY !!!

Devaney has been a long tine servant. Nowts forever though, and in football terms he has indeed been around a long time. Id like to hope he has had a whisper of a head coach role somewhere and the change of club may be something he now knows he needs.
I am pleased though that change is occurring. The sign of madness is doing the same things over and over, and we have seen enough of that. ( bit like some posts on here)??.

    Good luck to him.

Been a great servant to the club, all the very best to you and family MD.

Nothing lasts for ever and I think a good time for both parties to go their separate ways. Changes are needed for sure, the question is for better or for worse, time will tell.

Mining mentality at work again .

If the HC thinks you aren't going to contribute to his liking then your out , everyone is replaceable , absolutely everyone .

No room for sentiment in this game the same as they won't be if Hourihane doesn't get the results and he's sacked .

He'll be sacked on his own terms and won't die wondering so ta ta Disco , thanks for everything but this is a football club not a charity .

Actually, we still hadn't clinched that Play off place at the time (with one game left).
But yeah it was an idiotic time to sack a manager/coach like that, which is just typical of these owners.
