I think everyone on here will agree with that, well almost.
IMO the club should be looking after long serving employees such as Hassell and Disco.

The rest of the coaches including Hourihane can go.
And they will do over time.

Naturally if a new HC wants to bring in their own assistants then they can do.
But that HC does not start by sacking people that have got a close and long affiliation with the club.
Loyalty is a big thing in my book.

It dosent matter to me if the new HC reduces the role of Hassell and Disco to making the tea.
