It will be interesting to see how the Cowley brand of football works in the Championship at a club that expects to be challenging for the Premier League again soon. They've had an exceptional career so far, but at some point they will have a bad time, because 99% of managers do.

Look at Paul Hurst: outstanding success at Boston, Grimsby and Shrewsbury, but he struggled at Ipswich where the club's size and expectations weren't matched by its budget in recent times, and now he's struggling at Scunny. Paul Hurst hasn't suddenly become a bad manager, it's just that confidence and momentum has been against him at his last two clubs. The margins between success and failure are quite narrow.
