Almost certainly due to lack of motivation, planning and leadership on Ardleys part and the knowledge that he would let poor performances pass without searching examination of why the player(s) failed
Because for NA lovers , he has done no wrong, it is always somebody else fault, eg previous managers, the chairman , the players, but never his
