Take Considine, he has his limitations but he loves it here, probably doesn't ask for much and is a steady enough pro that plenty managers have had faith in, hence why he is continually kept on. Getting on a bit though so he'll not be frustrating fans for too much longer I'd guess.
If McInnes signed Clark Robertson it would be dubbed the laziest of all of his lazy signings but that’s irrelevant.

There has been comments in other forums and the media that Gallagher and Robertson were both targets of McInnes which makes me a bit concerned about how much of an input Glass has in making our signings.

It is an American thing in their sports that the manager/coach is there to coach the players he is given and someone higher up buys and sells the players.

I hope that’s not the case here.
