I don't believe a single word anymore what the Borough Council have to say about this old run down town being redeveloped.

It's now been reported that the Outdoor Market project, although having been granted £10 million towards redeveloping it, has now been suspended and put on hold. Due to unforeseen circumstances because 'Rare materials' can't be sourced, the build has to stop. What a pathetic excuse....who's thought of that one?

Add to this it's now been recalculated and another £9 Million is now required to finish the project. I feel that's the reason. Either you can source 'rare materials' or you can't, make your mind up!

Is it 'rare materials' or because some clown can't calculate a job? Just who is in charge of this utter disgrace and shambles?
