But I'm not sure I agree that we shouldn't question the wisdom of arriving mid season at a club that has a way of playing carefully built up over years, a squad with some good strengths but def limitations and then quickly try and get those players to play in a way that exposes their weaknesses and doesn't utilise their strengths is certainly not the way I would have advised a manager to do it! As already said on here, he didn't have to make the changes so quickly, I think you firstly have to play to the strengths in your playing staff and then slowly start to make steady changes so you don't bomb!
