    Never heard that before
jargon word bingo, it is all the fashion to put a series of words into an interview to make it sound good.
Whatever he means by it, isn't good for his explanation. Basically he said that in structured games (SG) we do well and can get results, in Unstructured games (UG) we cannot. So this states that we only prepare and have the players that can play in SG and our tactics, coaching and players fail in UG. So the obvious questions are
    1. What are you doing about preparing for UG
    2. Isn't it easy for teams to say hey Rotherham can't play UG lets do that
    3. What % of games are UG games to SG, if there were only 10% of UG games, perhaps it isn't a problem

As I am sure you can tell from the breakdown of the terminology, it is all "male testicles" it is just random words to say in an interview by someone trained to deal with the press and it means nothing, it is a way to confuse and hide the problems, that are actually visible to us all.

    1. Set pieces are poor both attacking and defending, especially when Cafu doesn't play.
    2. A lot of the players bought are gambles ("misfits")
    3. We have spent a lot of wages on players that won't play many games, leaving huge gaps in the matchday squad.
    4. We currently do not have a way of playing away from home (1 year on!!)
    5. We have stopped the high press game (no idea why, might be because of item 6)
    6. Our players are not fit enough (MT says our players were tired on Wednesday, they have just had 2 weeks off playing, previously he has said our players are tired at the latter stages of games)
    7. The level of injuries and the time to recover, indicates a deep rooted underlying problem at the club.
    8. Our best players are the ones that were here before (Viking, Odofin, Humpreys, Rathbone, Fergie, Lindsay (MT mentioned him) and even Bramall)

I am sure others have things they can spot as well, that is just my list my opinion based on listening to what is said and watching nearly every game (admittedly remotely due to where I live)
