The chairman is 80, his son is apparently not particularly interested and the board seems to be made up of "yes men" who have lost touch with the way the football industry has progressed.
Too many barriers to remove amongst that lot to achieve meaningful change.
Fresh eyes and a more dynamic approach are needed but unlikely to be available regrettably.
