Thread: Summer clear out - but not the manager?

  1. #31
Blaming Scott for the players brought in is wrong in my opinion, him and the scouting team are given a brief of the type of player the manager wants to bring in, so the dross signed in the summer falls at the doorstep of the far controller!
I'd like to see Evans replaced with Ryan Lowe (if only), done it at this level with Plymouth and dud a decent job in the championship with Preston.
Our centenary year this year so would be nice to cap that off at the end of next season with promotion. Tony can then ride off into the sunset after selling to new owners knowing he leaves us in a better place than we are at the moment.

Whatever happens, we need improving at the back we?ve given away some really ridiculous goals this season. And not so much emphasis on tired old journeyman who are injury prone I really hoped that particular ship had sailed

I certainly am mate, looking forward to it.

Youngest son wanted me to go out to Benidorm to him Cheltenham week

But I like to do my betting at home for this big meeting.

Lock horns Tuesday got my own tips from what I've seen & from other tipsters.

Just heard some disturbing news one of my old heroes read his book the Wayward lad Graham Bradley he's got dementia had it since 2022. He was my jockey over the jumps. Jamie Spencer on the flat.

Huddersfield react to poor results by sacking Duff.Barnsley will be following them pretty soon.Has Evans got a similar contract to Paul Douglas by having one,not performance related?

Still nothing from the board regarding the low level we have got to and the alarming reduction in fans attending matches. Are they bothered?
