There's a commonality in terms of football philosophy, but personality-wise Moniz is the polar opposite of our owners. They are calm, pragmatic and believe in a team approach to club management, while Moniz is famously fiery, confrontational and uncompromising, insistent that his way is the only way. He never seems to stay at a club longer than a year, and he seems to have fallen out with the hierarchy or certain players at most of the clubs he's managed. Moniz is a great character and you kind of have to love his idealism, but I'm not sure his man-management techniques match his unquestionable technical coaching ability.
