This site - does anyone know how to set up and manage a new one? Can't do any worse than whoever claims to run this thing!

I think someone did try it years ago, but I don't think it got off the ground.

It would be a fairly popular place if run right, but the zoomer that owns it has run it into the ground for a lot of years now.

It can't be long before it is totally dead, it is struggling on life support at the moment.
