He looks at the system as opposed to the players - we only alighted on the Tanaka and Rothwell combo last season due to injuries to others.

Not sure what he does in training or how he evaluates players but seems out of kilter with what you might expect.

Again, the idea of giving proper minutes to players for their development seems alien.

As you know I?m not the greatest fan of his management style but given he was promised the job and how he has done so far think he deserves a chance for a while longer.
