Can't add very much gino but I had it about two years ago - and can testify to the pain. I'd have been no good in class because I couldn't raise my arm for three months! Physio cured it eventually but took several weeks plus exercise and stretching using resistance stretch bands several times a day. A very painful road to recovery. Good luck!
Gino , I have had good health for years, very little time off work.
Last month I got hit with the shoulder problem, not funny. I went to work but it was that bad I was having to change gear with my right hand.
Couldn't even pick a glass of wine up.
I can't take anti in flam whatever, just pain killers 30.500.
Getting better now, but very wary of damaging it again. my sympathy
Rotherham Physiotherapy Centre on Moorgate Road will sort you out.
The ex physio of Leeds United worked there (might still be there) but a Burnley fan.
You dont need referral by your GP.
Makes a change for you to be taking pain killers instead of your audience![]()
Seriously...if you are in that much pain and cannot move your shoulder then I would suggest that you see a doctor for an examination that would include looking at your shoulder with your shirt off!Originally Posted by gino
I had a Cortisone Injection in the 80's. One of the best cars that I have ever had.
I had a similar thing about 5 years ago. I had a cortisone shot in the gap between my collar bone and shoulder and I haven't had any problem since, so it worked for me.

if it is arthritis related flexiseq worked wonders for me. my problem was with my knees. google flexiseq and watch the video. 20 quid a tube, buy 3 tubes and hopefully you will feel an improvement like I did.
