Look how Blackpool nosedived after injuries to their central defenders.
I think there is about a 1 in 10 chance we won't make the play offs. But 10 to 1 chances happen every day. Well, once every ten days maybe![]()

What the **** is wrong with you all.
You're all talking like Clough is still here.

The maths mean we can get in on relegation form. Which means Schteve is in the enviable position of being able to go out and try and win every game. The fans don't expect top 2. Schteve couldn't have it easier.
We've won 8 of the last 10 at home.
We play Leeds on the last day ffs.
LEEDS. THE TEAM WE ALWAYS BEAT. ON THE LAST DAY. LEEEEEEDS. FFS.
What posssibly can go wrong?
Is fate real. Can you tempt it? Why, when we've only lost 2 in the league under Schteve, do we think we'll implode. We've just beaten QPR. A top 6 side. We've started beating them now. The messiah said we couldn't, but we can.
All with an off form Hughes. Keogh's been out injured. Hendrick, Dawkins, Ward - all have been out. You say injuries will scupper us? We have a squad now. A manager who has competition for places (i'm overlooking LB - but i coul
Yeah I'm not being sarcastic or have ill-intentions, but it's as certain as night follows day, that Derby will be in the play-offs, which position they finish is of course subject to speculation.
Now what Forest have to do is make sure we also join you. Thankfully there seems to be a slight difference in strength and ability in the top 6 sides and those just below.
However we have to watch out for Wigan making a late run, they still have quality in their side.
But at this moment I am not altogether teeming with excitement about the play-offs, I fear that either QPR or Reading have the strength in depth and ability to beat either of our clubs. Maybe in that sense it would be better for us to play each other in the semis and then chance it in a 1 off final with either of them.
But if you ask me now if either of us get them in the semis, I don't think either of us can pull it off over 2 legs.
I don't have any doubt that we wont win the play offs if we get there.

Can we remove the "all" and "but" from this thread title now?
