Don't you think the judge and jury would have considered that?

I have read elsewhere (and I don't know if it's true or not) that the video is of the girl arriving with McDonald, who I understand she went back with willingly. Evans turned up some time later after a text from McDonald.
So your trying to argue without seeing the facts of the case?
No, I'm arguing that those who did hear the full facts of the case came to the same unanimous verdict at both

Young man gets drunk and has drunken *** with drunk girl, how is her being drunk excuses her behaviour but not his.

I know PC rules say rape is rape, but there are degrees of seriousness.

In my opinion, this girl felt ashamed of having a threesome, something she wouldn't dream of doing if she wasn't bladdered. To assuage her guilt she looked for someone else to blame.

When the date rape drug started hitting the headlines loads of girls in London who were unconscious with drink said that they hadn't drunk that much and that they must of been drugged. After testing hundreds of these girls for drugs, not one was found to have been drugged. I remember reading this a couple of years ago.

Both men and women need to take responsibility for what they drink.
