LIke the rumours that Martin and Thorne were out for the season and the club were keeping us in the dark? Then both played! Shame Thorne is probably out now.[/quote]

Theres justification in keeping your rivals unsure as to who will be playing surely?

I was referring to McClaren's situation, not the players in this instance.

Theres no McClaren situation, the club has publicly said there has been no approach from Newcastle!!!

Rumours abound and there is usually no smoke without fire is there?

I hope it is just that...a rumour, but I suspect there is more to it.

Rumours are just that rumours, made up gossip! If there was no smoke without fire then presumably Hughes would have been sold for £15 million and McCormack and Rhodes would be playing for Derby???

McClaren has publicly said he is focussing on the job at Derby, Rush has publicly said there has been no approach from newcastle, what more can the club say??

    re: Sean Dyche

I've no idea anymore than those journo's writing made up stories about transfers and Dyche are.

Come the end of the season we will see what division we are in and go from there.

If we dont go up, then change is required in any case, so IF McClaren goes he goes. I'd be disappointed, but if the lure of a big contract and a bigger club at Newcastle takes him from Derby then so be it - there are toher managers and this team needs a shake up, I think its reached its potential in any case.

Come net season the club will still be here and its a new season!

I am repeating myself but don't feel the need to justify why I dislike him, but again... Dyche? God no. Dread the man. That said I don't believe for a minute he would come to Derby. I do think SM is going though.

Dyche denies it anyway "its just Journos making things up".

Why do you think McClaren's going? because he has been linked iwth other clubs?

Well that happens all the time and means nothing.
