They are still rubbish though, and a team with England's quality should destroy the likes of San Marino, and should be looking for double figures of goals (whether we get them or not is immaterial).
they are more organised and if you dont prepare right or if you go onto the pitch expecting it to be a easy game you gonna get a few eggs on ye face. Away win, slovenia not a bad side, 3 points in a bag, onwards and upwards. If you going out there thinking we gonna win 10 -0 you gonna end up looking like a mug

Also agree that Roy has some work to decide who are the best cb's.

Oh, I don't disagree that they should be prepared, and prepared properly for the game. They should be going out to play for England as if their lives depended on it, in every game.

Every player in the England squad is far better than every player in the San Marino squad. We're perpetuating a television created myth if we say that a football match between San Marino and England should be anything other than a walkover. My contention is that there are easy games and that most certainly is one.

To be honest mate I dont see it as a major point. If you think there are easy games Im ok with that. I just think the mindset 'this game is easy' aint the best and has caused England probs in the past. Better to see things a bit more realistically.
