    Definitely not an established manager who's done it elsewhere. They are never the same the second time around. I would go for a young manager who's served his apprenticeship at a lower club, like Brian Clough at Hartlepools and Neil Warnock at Scarborough who took Notts County the whole length of the football league in consecutive seasons as did Jimmy Sirrell.: Also don't forget Martin O'Neill who did his apprenticeship at Grantham and Wycombe Wanderers.

    Harry wouldn't manage any club North of Watford, so you can forget him. He's a real ****ney sparrow, and besides being as he is nearly 70 his age would go against him.
