In an ideal world the price of a season ticket would be fixed irrespective of when you buy it. Unfortunately in this day & age, the value of any consumer product is grossly distorted by aggressive marketing tactics. The key word being misused in the professional football world is 'club'. If these football businesses were indeed clubs, they would exist for the benefits of the members (supporters). I doubt there are many, if any, English professional football 'clubs' who could claim this to be the case.

Why would that be an ideal world? Do you not approve on discounts for buying early?

Also, like it not DCFC are, like other professional football clubs, is a private limited company that exists for it shareholders. It's not a social club that would exist for the benefit of it's members. Anyone who thinks it is a social club because it has the word "club" in its is somewhat
