If the 365 million went to the private sector and not to those employed by Government or by Local Government it would be considered a boost to the economy. Why is it that the Private Sector are considered wealth creators and the Public Sector wealth destroyers. Surely the tax paid by someone employed in providing essential infrastructure should be valued equally to that of an employee in a cigarette factory .
