I still think James Hanson would do a good job, 28 years old, playing for Bradford City, laid on a lot of goals for Naqui Wells at Bradford, Wells went to Huddersfield, having seen Hanson against Sheffield United since Wells departure, he still is doing a centre forwards job creating chances, but doesn't have a player alongside to benefit.
Hanson would be a good target man for the Millers.

Nowhere near good enough for championship for me, hes very slow, finishing not that great and his only strength seems to be aerial threat from set pieces, just a poor mans Revell imo.

Hanson with 12 months left on his contract, would be the target man to lay chances on for our other forwards, as to miller88 saying Hanson isn't good enough, according to John Terry who played against Hanson in the cup saying he was a good player, & I think I would take John Terry's advice first.

Whenever Hanson played against us, Craig Morgan had him in his pocket.
There's got to be better than him out there.

Hanson is a decent target man sriker in the lower leagues but in the championship you need alot more attributes to your game, you need to be technically good at your feet, have a bit mobility about you and be clinical with your finishing as well. I dont think AS style of play will be hitting it long to a target man anyways i think we gonna see more passing along the floor into channels than hitting it long and crossing balls over. I think type of striker we need is a player who is a good finisher, quite nippy but can also be a threat in the air as well which Lee Gregory fits perfectly, only problem is i dont think hes worth what Millwall are wanting for him.

Millwall fans think 1.5 million is cheap for Gregory. 2 million plus is the senses

Thinking about it you're right, it was Arni who had Hanson in his pocket, and then big Claude in that battle at their place when we won 2-0.
