Erm isn't the problem that he wasn't selling cheap Olympic tix?
Hate ticket touts - i hope they throw the book at him if he's found guilty. The prospect of 7 years in clink would make a lot of ticket touts mend their ways and mean cheaper tickets for the ordinary man and woman.
