Too much political pish on the board

I remember the days when this was a fitba messageboard.

I agree that there's too much political stuff, most of it is utter drivel as well.

Having said that, if you start a Fitba thread, it sinks without a trace in a day or two whereas the political stuff seems to have a lot more mileage so I cannae see Ed doing anything about it anytime soon.

For the two huns who do most of the yabbering about politics, this is just a direct replacement for the Old Firm games which went down the pan with them in 2012. If they do win on Saturday in the New Old Firm game, there will be about 200 of them on here all weekend and there won't be a political thread in sight.

Aye, let's get back to a bigot filled board with not so subtle innuendos about days of yore.

Heres the deal, don't tell anyone else what to post about and they won't tell you.

Have to agree a little bit of everything and this board would certainly pick up again ..

    Thread about Celtic/Rangers game - 27 replies...

No-one else bothered about their team this weekend.

However, I am glad that a thread about Scotland's independence attracts ten times the responses one about a football match does - football board or not

Let's be realistic here, how much interest in domestic football has there been on here in the recent past. David Murray destroyed Scotland-Mad in the late 80s, before that hundreds were posting about the league as no-one knew who was going to win it. It was all very exciting. Shame you missed it, serving your Queen
