    Same old story...

McClaren, Clement, Wassall and Pearson.....different managers......same old problem.....can't defend a lead. How many times in the last few seasons have we conceded in time added on.
A bunch of highly paid overrated losers.
Should do better and now have mountains to climb to get where we want to be or maybe this is " the Derby way".
How much longer before learn how to " win".....

You can't rely on one goal to win matches, can't see where or how we're gonna score 2, never mind 3 or 4 goals, on anything like a half regular basis. Powder puff midfield and wet ones upfront!! Where's our 15 goals a season man (god forbid 20)????

Forgive me for saying but The Billy Davies team knew how to win and often by 1-0.... I personally can't see the point in trying to play a formation if the players available aren't suited to it..... beyond belief. No leadership, no dynamism and no idea.... how will things get better.....defensive midfielder wanted urgently to allow the attacking options to function.... but that doesn't seem to be the preferred way.... The Derby way seems to be almost forever losers and I have seen this for more than 50 years following the Rams.... we always seem to drag defeat out of the jaws of victory.

BD did often win 1-0 but you make the point that that team knew how to win (In the championship) but that is the key. The difference is this team does'nt know how to score nor how to win a game - not a good combo!! Of course, that team did'nt know how to do anything at the higher level!! All teams in this league are competitive nowadays so often the difference is getting the ball in the onion bag - some thing that seems beyond our lot!!

BD team often scored in the 89th minute so didn't really have a lot of defending to do

2-0 up at Birmingham after 90 minutes... 2 conceded in time added on......3-0 up at Rotherham with less than 10 minutes to go....had to hang on for a point in the end....then today ... and there have been more.... defensive cock up cost us at Wembley.....simply cannot defend....This is The Derby Way..... sadly !

Frustrating because we could do with getting up to mid table. We've improved on our early season form, but we're now conceding sloppy goals and missing 3 yarders in stoppage time. We should have had 6 points this week, created enough against Ipswich, and almost pulled off the perfect away performance against pretty good opposition, yet we've got 1 point from it....

Pearson will sort it though, Shacks looks to be another on the way out, Ince from what I gather so far isn't a pearson type player and will be gone as well.. I'd be very tempted to cash in on Hughes as well, to help us with bringing new faces in to fit the style NP wants to play.

You could be right, I'd heard that Ince was on his way before the end of the transfer window, trouble is nobody wants him! Another player where a club have done us for good money for a poor player!

Not sure where you get the Shacks bit though as he is injured.

Still IF we'd taken our chances we would ahve been out of sight today, its coming and once the players brought in gell we will be fine!

Is Shackell really injured or this what they want us to believe?

I think that Shackell being injured is what they wan you to believe.... Ince is a very good player in the right position .....but we now appear to have fixed ideas of a formation come hell or high water but don't have the personnel to fit the bill.... glad to see Pearce getting a chance as I reckon he will do well but I think that there are numerous players who will be surplus to requirements very soon.....not enough room on here to name them.
