The next seasons photos I am doing is 1970-71. The home programme of then mentions Bobby Black's son signing for Queens . Does anyone remember how good or maybe not so good he was ?

I updated Black's Wikipedia page with details of his two sons' playing career and also information on his grandson and great grandson.

    Bobby Jr 1971-73
    35 appearances
    4 goals

I remember Bobby Black junior who had above average ability and looked very like his father but didn't exactly set the heather on fire during his spell with Queens. Bobby senior also had a brother who was quite a good player who played at amateur level.

Black's great-grandson, Denny Johnstone has been the most successful I reckon. I see he's now playing for Colchester United in League Two.
