It's a catch22 situation Millertop they can't make an announcement without recruiting a Head of Announcements.......they can't recruit a Head of Announcements until they have a Head of Recruitment

Is there a head of recruitment at every club?

Do we even have scouts? I know a lot of explayers scout and give feedback to individual clubs. These guys are paid hundreds for the info given and aren't employed by just one club.

With every match televised now it must make the job alot easier!
